This standard specifies the method for the determination of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the migration of lead, cadmium, arsenic and antimony in metal materials in contact with food. This standard is applicable to the determination of migration amounts of lead, cadmium, arsenic and antimony in stainless steel food containers, aluminum food containers and enamel food containers in contact with food.
