This standard is applicable to the determination of residual terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol in polyethylene terephthalate resin and its molded products. The detection range of terephthalic acid is 10 mg/kg~2 500 mg/kg, and the detection range of ethylene glycol is 50 mg/kg~5 000 mg/kg.
