Scope

This standard specifies the measurement principles, instruments and utensils, operating procedures and result calculations for magnetic metal particles in chili condiments. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of magnetic metal particles in chili powder, chili sauce and oil chili. It is not applicable to samples with a content of magnetic metal particles less than 2.0 mg/kg.
