- This standard specifies the test conditions, content, equipment, methods and procedures for grid-connected energy storage systems that use electrochemical secondary batteries as electrical energy storage carriers. This standard is applicable to energy storage systems connected to the voltage dis ribution network of 35kV and below, with a rated power of 100kW and above and a dis harge time of 15min and above at the rated power. Other types of energy storage systems can be implemented by reference.
