Scope

This standard specifies methods for fault identification and fault type judgment of oil-filled electrical equipment using dissolved gas and free gas content in transformer oil (mineral insulating oil), as well as recommended further measures. This standard applies to electrical equipment using transformer oil and paper (board) as the main insulating materials, including transformers, reactors, transformers and bushings, etc.
