Scope: This standard specifies the project boundaries, energy consumption statistical scope, basic requirements, measurement and verification methods for energy saving measurement and verification of communication equipment room energy-saving technical renovation projects. This standard is applicable to the measurement and verification of the energy saving of energy-saving retrofit projects implemented in communication equipment rooms, and is not applicable to uninterruptible power supply system (UPS) expansion projects.
