This standard specifies the requirements and test methods for rotary planers for medical endoscopes. This standard applies to rotary planers used in minimally invasive endoscopic surgery, the planing head of which consists of an inner rotating part and an external fixed part with a window. Planers with other working modes can be selected based on suitability.
