Scope
This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of resveratrol and resveratrol glycosides in plant-derived foods. This standard is applicable to the determination of resveratrol and resveratrol glycosides in plant-derived foods. The detection limits of resveratrol and resveratrol glycosides in this standard are both 1.0 mg/kg, and the quantification limits are both 3.0 mg/kg.
