Scope

This standard specifies criteria and test methods for compliance testing of polyethylene in packages consisting of plastic packaging containers and internal plastic containers containing liquids. This test requires filling with actual chemicals or standard solutions specified in Annex A. Annex B describes tests in small laboratories that can be used to determine the similarity of such products to those performed with standard solutions.
