Scope
This standard specifies methods for measuring water vapor permeability, water vapor permeability, water vapor permeability, and water vapor diffusion resistance index for rigid foam plastics. The scope of this method is for single materials with a thickness of 10 mm or more, with natural skin or other materials attached. This is a test method for rigid foam materials with a surface. Measurements are made under three different temperature and humidity conditions: a) 38℃ and (0∼88)% relative humidity rangeb) 23℃ and (0∼85%) ) % relative humidity rangec) 23℃ and (0∼50 )% relative humidity range. The results obtained by this method can be used in product design and production processes and entered into product specifications. This method determines the water vapor transmission rate ( Applies to materials with a range of 3∼200) ng/(m2·s).
