Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the characteristics and dimensions of daylight film loading spools for typical lengths of 16 mm motion picture film: 15 m (50 ft), 30 m (100 ft), 60 m (200 ft), and 120 m (400 ft). 1.2 High speed Spools for cameras must be precisely balanced and are not included in this standard.
