This standard applies to the calculation of emission factors for stationary sources of air pollution such as greenhouse gases and fine particulates (e.g. actual fuel). and emissions from industrial processes where raw material calculations are difficult to calculate, etc.). This standard does not address measurements to determine compliance with emission regulations. This standard requires the use of measurement-based or calculation-based methods that use measurement data.
