- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, labels, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of gamma-glutamyl transferase assay reagents (kits) (GPNA substrate method). This standard is applicable to γ-glutamyl transferase assay reagents for quantitative detection of γ-glutamyl transferase activity in serum or plasma using the L-γ-glutamyl-3-carboxy-p-nitroanilide substrate method. (box), including manual reagents and reagents used on semi-automatic and fully automatic biochemical analyzers. This standard does not apply to dry gamma-glutamyl transferase assay reagents (boxes).
