Scope

This part of XB/T 617 specifies methods for the determination of the amounts of fifteen rare earth elements in NdFeB alloys, including Method 1: Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry; Method 2: X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. This section applies to the determination of the amounts of fifteen rare earth elements in NdFeB alloys. The measurement ranges of Method 1 and Method 2 are shown in Table 1 and Table 2 respectively.
