Scope
This section specifies the analytical method for the determination of silica, aluminum oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, and total iron in continuous casting mold slag using wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. This section is applicable to the determination of the following five components in continuous casting mold slag. The determination range (mass fraction) is shown in Table 1.
