This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate and contract (or order) content of vanadium-aluminum master alloy. This standard applies to vanadium-aluminum master alloys (hereinafter referred to as products) produced by metal thermal reduction method. The alloy can be used as an additive for titanium alloys, high temperature alloys and other special alloys.
