- Scope
- This part of the guideline applies to the testing of optical flats used for interferometric flatness tests or to test, e.g., gauge blocks for wringability. It also applies to optical parallels up to a diameter of 60 mm for testing flatness and parallelism. The necessary working sequences are described.
