This document modifies the NF EN is 5555:2001 standard by adding a sampling method for flexible tanks. This is an increasingly common transport packaging for small volumes of high value-added fatty substances. Sampling in flexible tanks presents particular difficulties and the addition of this paragraph in NF EN is 5555 will make it possible to produce representative samples.
