Scope
This specification applies to permanent or temporary building anti-seepage in newly built, reinforced and renovated hydropower projects (including pumped storage projects). This specification is applicable to projects with an anti-seepage head of no more than 70m. Geomembrane anti-seepage projects with an anti-seepage head of more than 70m should be specially studied. This specification stipulates the technical requirements for anti-seepage levels, material selection and performance indicators, anti-seepage layer structure design and calculation, construction technology, quality inspection, safety monitoring, operation management and other technical requirements for geomembrane anti-seepage in hydropower projects.
