Scope

This standard specifies the activity test method of sulfur tail gas hydrogenation catalyst. This standard is applicable to the non-low-temperature sulfur tail gas hydrogenation catalyst with cobalt oxide and molybdenum oxide as the main active components and alumina as the carrier in the Claus sulfur recovery process with acid gas containing hydrogen sulfide as the raw material.
