- This standard specifies the site requirements for observation stations, installation and maintenance of measuring instruments and pyranometers, collection of measurement data, and arrangement of measurement data in total radiation measurement of solar energy resources. This standard is applicable to the measurement of solar energy resources (total radiation), and the total radiation observation in meteorological observation can be used as a reference.
