Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions and general test methods for household and similar bistable solenoid valves (hereinafter referred to as solenoid valves). This standard applies to R600a, R134a or refrigerants with similar thermodynamic properties, and the general performance test of solenoid valves for refrigeration systems with a valve port diameter not greater than 1.0 mm.
