Scope: This standard specifies the energy efficiency grades, allowable values of energy efficiency, evaluation values of energy conservation, test methods and inspection rules of drinking water dispensers for household and similar purposes (hereinafter referred to as drinking water dispensers). This standard applies to hot and cold water dispensers with a rated voltage not exceeding 250 V. This standard does not apply to instant heating water dispensers with a rated power exceeding 4000W.
