- This standard specifies the liquid chromatography determination and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for the determination of food orange No. 8 (also known as anthracite) in cosmetics. This standard is applicable to the determination and confirmation of the content of Food Orange No. 8 in cosmetics. When the sample weight was 0.5 g, the constant volume was 10 mL, and the injection volume was 20 μL, the detection limit of this method was 0.5 mg/kg, and the limit of quantification was 1 mg/kg.
