Scope: This standard specifies the principle, reagents, instruments, equipment, analysis steps, precision and recovery rate for the determination of metal and non-metal impurity elements in inorganic chemical products by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). This standard is applicable to the direct injection of liquid samples containing various impurities in inorganic chemical products or the test solution after removing the matrix, and the measurement is carried out by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer.
