Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions, abbreviations and symbols, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of food packaging paper and plastic composite films and bags. This standard is applicable to films and bags of paper-plastic composite packaging materials for food packaging with a thickness of less than 0.30 mm, based on food-grade packaging base paper and plastics, and produced through a composite process. This standard does not apply to liquid food packaging.
