Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the content of pantothenic acid in premixed feed by high performance liquid chromatography. This standard applies to the determination of pantothenic acid in compound premix feed and vitamin premix feed. The limit of detection for the determination of pantothenic acid in this standard is 5 mg/kg, and the limit of quantification is 20 mg/kg.
