Scope

This section specifies the determination of carbon and sulfur content by high-frequency combustion infrared absorption method. This section is applicable to the determination of carbon and sulfur content in metallized pellets using the rotary hearth furnace method. The measurement range (mass fraction) of carbon is: 0. 05% ~ 2. 50%, and the measurement range (mass fraction) of sulfur is: 0. 005% ~ 2. 00%.
