Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for fiber-grade polypropylene terephthalate chips (PTT). This standard applies to semi-dull fiber-grade polypropylene terephthalate chips (PTT) produced with terephthalic acid and 1,3-propylene glycol as the main raw materials.
