Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of mechanical tensile testing machines. This standard applies to mechanical tensile testing machines (hereinafter referred to as testing machines) for metal testing with a maximum test force of 5 kN ~ 300 kN. Mechanical universal testing machines can also be used for reference.
