Scope

This European Standard describes the sampling protocol and preparation of in situ moss samples to monitor the bioaccumulation of airborne contaminants. This European Standard specifies the actions that must be taken from the collection of moss in the field until their final preparation before the analysis of the targeted contaminants. This European Standard is intended for all operators wis ing to carry out air quality biomonitoring studies.
