NF U42-606-1*NF EN 13368-1:2014 Fertilizers - Determination of chelating agents in fertilizers by chromatography - Part 1 : determination of EDTA, HEEDTA and DTPA by ion chromatography
This European Standard specifies a method for the determination by chromatography of the total quantity of each of the individual chelating agents EDTA, HEEDTA and DTPA in fertilizers containing one or more of these substances. The method makes it possible to identify and determine the total water-soluble proportion of each of these chelating agents. It does not make it possible to dis inguis between the free form and the metallic form of the chelating agent. This method applies to fertilizers containing chelates of at least one of the following trace elements: cobalt, copper, iron, manganese, zinc, with a mass fraction of at least 0.1%
