Scope

This standard applies to operators of X-ray photoelectron spectrometers to analyze typical samples. This standard helps the operator to complete the entire analysis process, including sample processing, spectrometer calibration and setting, and acquisition of wide and narrow scan spectra, and gives recommendations for quantification and preparation of the final report.
