Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of β-phenylethyl alcohol. This standard is applicable to the analysis and evaluation of the quality of β-phenylethanol produced by chemical reaction of styrene or benzene and ethylene oxide as raw materials, or cinnamic aldehyde as raw materials.
