Scope

This standard specifies the sample preparation and high performance liquid chromatography determination methods for the detection of azaperone and its metabolite azaperidone residues in food of animal origin. This standard applies to the detection of residues of azaperone and the metabolite azaperidone in pig muscle, skin fat, liver and kidney tissues.
