Scope

This method specifies the sample preparation and high performance liquid chromatography determination methods for the detection of quinolone drug residues in milk. This method is suitable for the detection of single or multiple drug residues of ciprofloxacin, danofloxacin, enrofloxacin, sarafloxacin and difloxacin in milk.
