Scope
This standard specifies the sample preparation and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry methods for the detection of lincomycin, clindamycin and spectinomycin residues in food of animal origin. This standard is applicable to the detection of single or multiple drug residues of lincomycin, clindamycin and spectinomycin in the muscle and kidney of pigs, cattle and chickens, as well as in milk and eggs.
