Scope
Method 1 of this standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for determination of bufenozide residues in food. Method 2 of this standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for determination of bufenozide residues in food. Method 3 of this standard specifies the liquid chromatography method for determination of bufenozide residues in food. Method 1 of this standard is applicable to the detection and confirmation of bufenozide residues in rice, corn, soybeans, pork, chicken liver, milk, blueberries, oranges, spinach, onions, chestnut kernels and tea. The second method of this standard is suitable for the determination of bufenozide residues in brown rice, corn, soybeans and peanut kernels. Method 3 of this standard is suitable for the determination of bufenozide residues in rice.
