Scope

This standard applies to rolling and pouring asphalt concrete construction in water conservancy and hydropower projects such as earth-rock dams, concrete dams, masonry dams, reservoirs (pools), and channels. For asphalt concrete construction in special areas such as severe cold and windy conditions, supplementary regulations may be formulated based on actual conditions.
