Scope: This standard specifies the energy efficiency grades, energy efficiency limit values, energy conservation evaluation values, test methods and inspection rules for commercial gas cookers. This standard is applicable to gas-fired Chinese food cooking stoves (hereinafter referred to as cooking stoves) whose rated thermal load of a single burner is not greater than 60 kW, where the rated thermal load of each burner is not greater than 80 kW and the nominal diameter of the pot is not less than 600 mm large cooking gas cooking stoves (hereinafter referred to as large cooking stoves) and gas steamers (hereinafter referred to as steamers) with a rated heat load not greater than 80 kW and a steam chamber steam pressure not greater than 500 Pa (gauge pressure). The gas referred to in this standard refers to the gas specified in GB/T 13611.
