This rule stipulates the measurement requirements, measurement and testing procedures, measurement and testing methods, measurement and testing results evaluation criteria and test reports for energy efficiency labels of motor-driven compression refrigerators for household use (including refrigerators with a capacity of over 500 L). This rule applies to the measurement supervision and inspection of refrigerator energy efficiency labels. Commissioned inspections can be carried out with reference to these rules. Units that produce and sell refrigerators may also refer to these rules for testing. This rule does not apply to built-in, transparent door display or other special purpose refrigerator products. The refrigerators subject to testing should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection, or products imported and sold by the seller.
