Scope
The standard describes acceptance and reverification tests for laser trackers which use contacting and non-contacting probing systems. It addresses the testing of the performance of a laser tracker with multiple probing system when two or more probing systems are used together to perform a measurement task. The required characteristics as well as the procedures for verifying the characteristics are described.
