This standard specifies the scope, principles, procedures, content and requirements for consumer product risk assessment based on the United Nations Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) labels. This standard is applicable to the risk assessment of chronic health effects of GHS labels when consumers have a certain amount of exposure and exposure time due to the use of consumer products. The consumer products of this standard mainly refer to detergents, deodorants, waxes, paints, adhesives, mosquito insecticides, excluding chemical substances in articles, substances involved in drug regulations (such as drugs, quasi-drugs, cosmetics ) and substances covered by agrochemical regulations.
