This part of SN/T 3767 specifies the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) primary screening detection method specific for transgenic rice M12 lines in rice and rice. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of transgenic rice M12 strain specificity in rice and rice. The qualitative detection limit of this method is 0.5% (mass fraction).
