Scope

This part of SN/T 3767 specifies the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) primary screening detection method specific to the Bt176 strain of genetically modified corn in food. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of genetically modified corn Bt176 strain-specific components in corn and its processed products. The qualitative detection limit of this method is 0.5% (mass fraction).
