Scope
Method 1 of this standard specifies the liquid chromatographic determination method for disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate in exported foods. Method 1 of this standard is applicable to the detection of disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate in beer, fruit wine, fruit juice drinks, tea drinks, rice pudding, tomato sauce, blueberry jam, canned fish, salad dressing, canned enoki mushrooms, and canned chestnuts. Method 2 of this standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for the determination of disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate in exported foods.
