Scope
This standard specifies two detection methods for 13 antioxidants in exported foods, namely high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). This standard applies to tert-butylhydroquinone in edible oils, butter, fried nuts, nuts, instant noodles, cereal flour, oatmeal, puffed foods, cured meats, air-dried aquatic products, fried flour products, biscuits, and gum-based fructose. (TBHQ), dibutylhydroxytoluene (BHT), tert-butylanisole (BHA), propyl gallate (PG), octyl gallate (OG), dodecyl gallate (DG), dihydroguaiac Litic acid (NDGA), 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxymethylphenol (Ionox-100), rutin (Rutin), quercetin (QR), ethoxyquin (EQ) and 4- Determination of 13 antioxidants including hexylresorcinol (4-HR) and isoamyl gallate (IAG).
