This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography detection method for tea polyphenols in exported foods. This standard applies to epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), epigallocatechin (EGC), and epicatechin gallate (ECG) in edible oils, pastries, instant rice noodles, fried foods and meat enemas. And the determination of epicatechin (EC) is not applicable to tea and tea products.
