This part of SN/T 3729 specifies the real-time fluorescence PCR detection method for grape components in exported foods and beverages. This section is suitable for the qualitative detection of grape components in juices, jams and other foods using fruits as raw materials. The lowest detection limit (LOD) of the method specified in this section is 1% (mass fraction).
