This part of SN/T 3729 specifies the real-time fluorescence PCR detection method for papaya (papaya) components in exported foods and beverages (except refined processed foods such as oil and alcohol). This section is suitable for the qualitative detection of papaya (papaya) components in fruit juices, jams and other foods using fruits as raw materials. The lowest detection limit (LOD) of the method specified in this section is 1% (mass fraction).
